The Stimbekhof in Bispingen offers a genuine and charming experience, with clean rooms, helpful staff, and a fabulous breakfast. The location outside of the city adds to its character, and they even accommodate dogs. The attention to detail is outstanding, with beautiful outdoor seating areas and locally sourced, delicious food. The staff go above and beyond to make the stay memorable, even providing a goody bag for my cat. Highly recommended!
For us, it was ideal.

The location of the hotel was great, very quiet and peaceful. The buildings were very beautiful and well-maintained. The room was nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious.
The water from the tap was weird, very foamy and bubbly. It was not suitable for drinking.

Nestled in a serene area, this hotel boasts of an exceptional ambiance. the rustic decor adds to the charm of the place, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. the rooms are nicely furnished along with comfortable beds, and the food is scrumptious. the water pressure in the shower is unmatchable and provides an amazing experience. there are several seating areas outside providing guests with some fantastic options to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
The water quality is subpar and can make one doubt its potability.

Great food and friendly staff. The location was perfect for a romantic escape, nestled amongst beautiful scenery. The room was nicely decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the quietness and the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor areas were also lovely and provided a nice place to relax and unwind.
The water in the room was questionable. The tap water was foamy and bubbly, which made us wonder if it was safe to drink. The shower had poor water pressure and the hot water in the evenings was barely warm. The cleanliness of the room wasn't up to scratch, with some areas not cleaned properly. We expected a bit more attention to detail considering the price we paid for the room. we enjoyed our stay but feel there is room for improvement in some areas.
